Tom Haines is the associate director and a senior lecturer in the Robbins Institute for Health Policy and Leadership at Baylor University. In these roles, Tom provides instruction in Healthcare Administration and Healthcare Finance in Baylor’s MBA Healthcare Administration Program; he facilitates the placement of students in administrative residencies across the nation; and, he serves as the liaison between the Institute and the Executive MBA-Healthcare programs in Austin and Dallas. Tom served for 33 years in the U.S. Air Force as a healthcare administrator. His career included assignments from small Air Force clinics to Headquarters Air Force; his jobs ranged from office clerk to Group Command (CEO). Tom is board-certified in healthcare management and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
