Responsibilities

Support Dean for Research and Faculty Dvpt in managing and developing faculty resources (eg. develop and implement teaching seminarfor faculty); support Chavanne Chair of Christian Business Ethics in the areas of teaching, research, programs and initiatives (eg. develop and implement internal ethics case competition and national MBA case competition in ethical leadership); provide direction and instruction in the area of management communication by integrating and teaching management communication principles, strategies, and skills (eg. teach BUS 5290 Management Communication to all first-semester MBA students and provide seminars to EMBA students each fall.)

Academic/administrative positions include Instructor of Critical Thinking and Director, Learning Skills Center, Cornall University; Instructor of Management Communication & Critical Thinking in Business and Director of Communication and Marketing, University of Illinois. At Baylor University: Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs January 2004-August 2006; Assistant Dean for Faculty Development August 2006-present.
