- Lodging
- All breakfasts and some additional meals
- Meal allowance
- Travel to Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Milan, Geneva, Paris, Caen (Normandy), and London
- Visits to European businesses
It does not include any other spending money, insurance, or souvenirs.
It does not include the cost of a passport. If you need to obtain a passport, go to http://travel.state.gov for more information. We suggest you obtain your passport at the earliest possible time after submitting your application. It can take 2 months or more to receive your passport.
It does not include the fee for a Schengen Visa, if you require one. No visa is required for American students traveling with a U.S. passport. If you are traveling with a non-US passport, be sure to check the travel requirements for your particular passport at http://www.immihelp.com/visas/schengenvisa/requirements-exemptions.html. If your country is on this list, you will need to apply for a Schengen Visa. All information needed is included at http://www.immihelp.com/visas/schengenvisa/requirements-exemptions.html.
It also does not include airfare or tuition. You may travel with the group by booking your flight on the same flight as the director, or you may make your own flight arrangements using frequent flyer miles or another air carrier. You will pay your tuition directly to Baylor University.
*This cost estimate is based on a certain number of students participating and on the current exchange rate. The final cost may fluctuate. If the cost fluctuates more than 5%, the participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Under what conditions does the BU Study Abroad Office Cancel Programs?
Baylor's Study Abroad Office policy on program cancellatios is guided primarily by the U.S. Department of State's travel advisories for U.S. citizens worldwide. If the Department of State issues a "Travel Warning" for a particular country or region of the world, the Study Abroad Office cancels programs to that destination. If we have students in the affected countries, we require them to leave their program and the affected area immediately. If the Study Abroad Office cancels a program, we try to facilitate the students' return to the home campus in whatever way possible.
