Registration for the European Entrepreneurship Experience is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended as space is limited.
Students wishing to attend this program are requested to complete an application. You will find the application on BearsAbroad. The program name is E3.
You can also download the application by right-clicking on this link - E3 Application Summer 2011, choosing Save Target As, and then choosing a place on your computer at which to save the file.
To reserve your place in the program, a $500 non-refundable deposit is due now. The following is the complete schedule of due dates:

Deposit checks can also be hand-delivered to Dawn Maitz, Hankamer School of Business, 3rd Floor Hankamer, Suite 301 (John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship) just inside the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship office suite.
By submitting a registration deposit, you are not guaranteed acceptance into the program.
The materials you need to complete and return to the European Entrepreneurship Experience Summer Study Abroad Program are:
• Main Application
• Applicant's Statement/Insurance Information
• Bring in your passport (if you already have one) so that we can scan it
or proof of application for passport
• 2 color passport photos
• Copy of birth certificate
• Unofficial transcript from Baylor University
• Deposit of $500 (make check payable to Baylor University)
Acceptance is based on the completed application and applicant eligibility (that is, a GPA of 2.75 or better). also, participating students may not be on academic probation or suspension. NOTE: A student with a GPA lower than 2.75 may still apply, but he or she may be asked to provide additional information to determine eligibility.
If all of your application materials have been received by the required due date, you will be notified of the decision on your application as soon as possible thereafter. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded. If you are accepted, you will be sent additional information that will help you prepare for the program.
Acceptance can be revoked if applicant becomes ineligible at any time before departure.
