The Structure of a Typical Linear Lesson

Based upon the process explained on the previous screen, the course on How to Serve Customers
would consist eight short lessons as shown on the computer screen.

  • Lesson 1 welcomes the learner to the course and introduces the topic.
  • Lesson 2 presents a quick overview of the entire process so the learner gets the big picture.
  • Lessons 3 - 6 each teach a separate stage in the process. (If the process has more than 3 stages, adjust the number of lessons as needed.)
  • Lesson 7 ties it all together with practice scenarios.
  • Lesson 8 gives the final test.
