Lesson 3 showed how to take the content identified during the needs analysis and format it into the five content areas: procedures (steps), principles (guidelines), concepts (non-specific information, e.g., dog), facts (specific information, e.g., Poodle), and process (the big picture).

Lesson 4 explains how to take this content and sequence it into concise, interactive lessons that constantly engage the learner in meaningful learning activities.
