For eLearning to be successful, each of these roles must be designed so the learner is constantly engaged in meaningful interactivity.

You are now in Lesson 2 which presents a systematic model for implementing eLearning.

This lesson will enable you to:

• Describe the process of managing an eLearning project,
• State the two parts of any performance,
• Write effective performance objectives,
• List the key adult learning principles,
• Explain the role of pilot testing in eLearning, and
• Define the four levels of the Kirkpatrick model.
