Biography

Justin obtained his Ph.D. in strategy and entrepreneurship from The University of Tennessee and the MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. He worked at Bloomberg LP as a financial analyst prior to his doctoral study. He co-founded an online education service firm dedicated to assisting foreign students in the U.S. His research focus on international entrepreneurship, IPO, internationalization, and strategic social entrepreneurship which have been published at leading Entrepreneurship and Strategy journals. He is serving on the editorial board of Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. He has taught entrepreneurship, strategic management, and international business courses at his Ph.D. institution and he is currently teaching BUS4385 Strategic Management and ENT4310 New Venture Finance at Baylor. He likes both college football and basketball. He is a lifetime fan of Tennessee Volunteers. During his spare time, he enjoys hiking and road trips.
