Biography

Jeff is responsible for developing and providing leadership over programs designed to afford Baylor's undergraduate business students with the tools they need to explore and discover their career passions as well as prepare them for their business careers. He has earned his BBA in Marketing and MBA in Finance. Jeff spent over 25 years in the operations management and held executive leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and President of a mult-national corporation with nearly 5,000 locations. In this role, he was responsible for the recruiting, hiring, coaching, development, and retention of a 50,000 person workforce.
