For the last 22 years I have been employed as Medical Group Practice Manager for a radiology group practice. This group practice consists of 10 radiologists covering 7 locations. Our practice performs over 220,000 reads (interpretations of medical imaging studies) per year.
My role as Practice Manager for Radiology Consultants of Texas entails strategic leadership and proactive guidance of organizational development for provision of radiology services to area healthcare facilities. I drive reinvestment and growth initiatives that produce year over year growth, and save hundreds of thousands of dollars within the practice through consolidation of insurance programs, streamlining of business processes, and financial modeling and revenue analysis. I have accumulated extensive success and expertise in business practice, business information system applications and technology as well as marketing management.
