Required itemized prices for certain funeral goods and services, consumer's may choose only the elements of the funeral they want!
UNDER THE FTC RULE these are such prices:
- Forwarding and receiving remains
- Direct Cremation
- Immediate Burial
- Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
- Transfer of Remains
- Embalming
- Other preparation of the body
- Use of facilities and staff for viewing, funeral ceremony, memorial service, and graveside services
- Hearse
- Limousine
- Either individual casket prices or the range of casket prices that appear on the CPL
- Either individual outer burial container prices or the range of outer burial container prices that appear on the Outer Burial Container Price List
