Biography

Expert in employee stress and well-being, remote work, and leadership. Teaches HRM Staffing and Negotiation & Conflict Resolution to undergraduate and graduate students. Works with HRM faculty to oversee major and programming. Serves on Baylor's Spiritual Life Advisory Committee, on the HSB Business & Faith Chapel team, and as faculty advisor for IF:Baylor, a women's ministry that operates as a program under the umbrella of Baylor Spiritual Life.
