Biography

Kaylee Hackney, is an Assistant Professor at the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business. She studies employee mistreatment, stress, and well-being with a focus on pregnancy in the workplace. Her research has been published in top academic publications such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Group & Organization Management, and Organizational Psychology Review. Kaylee teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Baylor University. She lives in Waco, Texas with her husband and two children.
