Biography
David Reid, J.D., serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law within the Department of Accounting & Business Law in Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. Before coming to Baylor, David worked in industry and private practice as a business attorney and corporate executive with more than two decades of experience across both publicly-held and private companies. David has significant experience in most every area of business law, including strategic transactions, e-commerce and technology law, international law, securities law including initial public offerings and private placements, joint ventures, complex investment transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term multi-party technology deals. David has served on numerous Boards of Directors around the world, including companies operating throughout Europe and Asia.
