Biography
Since 2004, Bradley Norris has been faculty at Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business. As Director of Technology Entrepreneurship, Norris serves as the cross-campus liaison to the Lab-To-Market Technology Commercialization team, a partnership between the Vice Provost for Research and the School of Business that aims to move lab inventions towards impact in the marketplace. Norris connects Lab- to-Market commercialization activity to students pursuing degrees in business, engineering, CS, Law, FDM, and more. As Senior Lecturer Norris teaches the cross-listed Technology Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation classes. In addition to his work at Baylor, Norris maintains a consulting practice as well as a real estate investment company.
In 2020, Norris became the Faculty-In-Residence for the Brook Flats residential hall and is joined there by his wife and youngest daughter.
Prior to joining Baylor, Mr. Norris was employed by companies such as EDS, Hewlett Packard, and Agilent Technologies. He also owned an environmental response and remediation product distribution company.
Mr. Norris earned his undergraduate from Indiana University in Computer Science and Math and his masters in business from Purdue University.
