Prerequisites: BL 3305 or consent of instructor.
The legal environment of accounting including the law of sales, commercial paper, documents of title and investment securities,
secured transactions, bankruptcy, suretyship, partnerships, corporations, accountants’’ professional liability, real and personal
property, fire and casualty insurance, and estates and trusts.
