BL 3306 - Legal Aspects of Personal Business Decisions

Prerequisites: BL 3305 or consent of instructor.

A study of the legal environment of business law and legal processes including law of contracts, commercial paper, sales, secured transactions, business organizations, agency, property, employment, and dispute resolution. This course will not satisfy the business law course requirement for business majors.
