ACC 4376 - Federal Income Tax Accounting, Second Course

Prerequisites: ACC 4375 and senior or graduate standing.

A study of federal income tax laws as they relate to partnerships, corporations, estates and gifts. Preparation of returns, research in taxation, and case studies in tax planning are included areas of coverage.
