Biography

I am Professor of Finance and Insurance and Frank S. Groner Memorial Chair of Finance at Baylor University, where I teach courses in risk management and finance. My research involves the application of finance and economics to the analysis, pricing, and management of risk.

I currently serve as an associate editor for Geneva Risk and Insurance Review and Journal of Risk and Insurance, and I am Past President of the American Risk and Insurance Association and the Risk Theory Society.
