Family Life:

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife, two children and I enjoy the beach, the mountains, hiking, sailing, wakeboarding, fishing, soccer, basketball, piano, sporting events and any and all sorts of outdoor activities.

We have a dog, Maggie, who is a Bassett Hound that we adopted from the local rescue shelter. She is a great dog and is currently the center of attention in our home. It is wonderful to see our kids develop this loving relationship with Maggie. Also, when we bought our new home we adopted a cat that was left behind by the previous owner. My daughter named her Shilo and she is a fun addition to the family. I have never been a "cat" person, but this one has stolen my heart. I am a "cat" lover from now on. Lately, we have had a raccoon visiting our back porch after dark. This drives my dog nuts and she will not stop barking. The raccoon is not afraid of her in the least.

We are active in our Church and I teach adult Sunday School and have done so for over 3 years. Prior to this I taught Youth Sunday School for many years.
