Biography

David Reid, JD, serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law within the Department of Accounting & Business Law in Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. Previously he served as the Executive Director of the Baylor Angel Network. Before coming to Baylor, David worked in industry as a business attorney and corporate executive with more than two decades of experience across both public and private companies. David has significant experience and interest in mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, international law, securities law including initial public offerings and private placements, joint ventures, complex investment transactions, private equity, and long-term multi-party technology deals. David has served on numerous Boards of Directors around the world, including companies operating throughout Europe and Asia.
