Includes:

Accommodations: dormitory rooms in London at Imperial College. Twin and single rooms are available for 2018. The program price for the limited number of twin rooms is approximately $5600; single rooms are $6000.

Meals: daily breakfasts and dinners are provided; lunch usually is "on your own" while you are out exploring.

Ground Transportation: airport transfers in London, and our visit to Stonehenge ; 1st-class BritRail pass for nearly unlimited train travel within the U.K.; and bus/subway passes for daily travel within London.

Culture/Entertainment: professional tourguides; our fee includes entry fees paid to many events and locations.

Travel Insurance: your fee includes health insurance plan providing access to services and coverages usually not included in family policies, such as adequate coverage for medical evacuation and repatriation, arrangements for local-currency payment to international hospitals, and access to a 24-hour assistance line for international emergencies. If you wish, you may also purchase a trip cancellation policy, which is not included in the program fee.

 

Airfare
approx
$1,800

This is the estimated fare for our group travel on American Airlines and British Airways, organized by Millennium Tours.  This includes round-trip travel between the United States and London (our groups will depart/return from/to Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston). If you are considering making your own flight arrangements, you must contact Millennium Tours to get our flight itinerary as soon as possible as you will be responsible for meeting the group in Europe.

Tuition
approx
$1500 per semester hour

Two Courses (one primary and one readings) = 6 semester hours. When tuition is set, it will be located on the Cashier's Office website.

Optional trip
$400-$1400 each

During the 5 weeks we are in Europe, we are offering 3 optional excursions to Edinburgh, Paris, and Rome/Florence.  

All of the dollar figures provided above are based on the best information available to the directors of Baylor in Great Britain, and they are subject to change until the time of their payment.

Additional expenses will include your lunches, personal entertainment, souvenirs, and incidentals.  Applications, along with a $1000 deposit (additional $400 for flight reservation - paid directly to Millennium Tours), are being accepted beginning October 23rd. For priority consideration, turn in applications by November 6, 2019. 

Financial Aid
Any financial aid you have been awarded that is applicable to a summer program at Baylor should also be applicable to this program.
