Generations

I was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. Actually, I was raised in the farming community of Vineland, which is 10 miles east of Pueblo. My father, Fred, and my mother, Rose Lee, were born to Italian immigrant parents who also made their living on the farm. The Pisciotta farm is a 200 acre irrigated vegetable farm. I am the youngest in the picture (next to my father). My oldest brother, Pete, teaches math at a community college in Phoenix. My older brother, Fred, is in the auto parts business in Pittsburgh. I would provide links to their home pages. However, they have only partially entered the computer age.

My four children are pictured above. Fred Pisciotta (far right) is a machinist living in Austin, Texas. Next to Fred is my youngest, Nicole Burton, who is a student at Beloit University in Wisconsin. Next to me is John Pisciotta Jr., a guitar player in Nashville. He seems to be and was in good spirits on his wedding day. On my left is Sunny Jansma, she practices appellate law in San Antonio and takes care of her family. Grandson Harrison is on his mother's lap.

Leigh Ann and Nicolas are my other two grandchildren. Leigh Ann is Harrison's big sister. Her first cousin, Nicolas, is Fred's son.
