Letter from the Editor

This issue of the Reporter begins with a letter from the chair, Stacey Whitecotton, which discusses recent section bylaw changes and officer election results. The 2004 AAA Annual Meeting Program for the ABO Concurrent Sessions is also included along with John Rigsby’s terrific regular contribution, "Have You Seen" column. Finally, in this issue we have many Announcements and Calls for Papers from both conferences and journals. Please note that the paper submission deadline for the 2004 ABO conference is July 2, 2004.
